As a Southampton University graduate (1996) and GMC-registered GP with credentials from the British College of Aesthetic Medicine. I co-founded the internationally acclaimed River Aesthetics in 2012, becoming a global speaker and trainer for Sinclair Pharma by 2016. Following River Aesthetics' successful acquisition in 2023, I'm expanding my horizons.
My current passion lies in inflammation's role in ageing—I've written a definitive book on cellular ageing (publishing July 2025) and have co-founded an anti-inflammatory skincare line.
